About the WBL Boundless Campaign

For over 20 years, WBL has supported women executives in health care and life sciences. We have helped many of them reach their full potential.

Now, it’s our opportunity to invest in new and exciting initiatives that will propel WBL into the future and ensure that the next generation of women leaders can access these tools to help them thrive in today’s modern world.

Twenty-four years ago, a small group of senior executive women representing health care and life sciences organizations came to Washington, D.C. to form a network of such leaders from all parts of the industry. This network aimed to improve relationships amongst these women across industry sectors and increase their visibility to serve on corporate boards. By accomplishing this mission, WBL would improve the U.S. health care and life sciences industry.

Since then, WBL has grown to a network of more than 1400 members. We have supported each other in so many ways and have populated C-suites and corporate board rooms with more women health care executives.

How will we ensure this resource will be here for the next generation? How will we ensure we are achieving the most we can today?

The future of WBL requires the ability to open new doors for women leaders in health care. By understanding the pathways and barriers to the C-suite and the boardroom, WBL can exponentially expand on our mission and provide targeted resources to those with potential. To those who will lead the future of WBL.

Join us as we connect and convene a group of members who, like me, are intensely grateful for the opportunities WBL has afforded us.

Together, let’s pay it forward.
