Kim LaFontana recently joined Livongo as Vice President with a focus on health plan partnerships. Livongo is focused on empowering people with chronic conditions to live better and healthier lives. Kim will work with leading US health plans to bring Livongo’s innovative solutions to improve health outcomes for patients living with diabetes, hypertension, weight management challenges, behavioral health challenges and other chronic conditions.
