Nicole Lemerond, Managing Partner, NV Capital Managment, was recently elected to the Board of Directors at Mirror Biologics, Inc. Nicole will serve as the Audit Chair.
Anne McGeorge has been appointed to the board of The Oncology Institute, a newly formed public company in the value-based oncology care space, and will chair the Audit Committee. Anne is a 2017 attendee of the WBL Board Program and a frequent speaker for WBL.
Miriam Paramore is retiring from her full-time role as President and Chief Strategy Officer of OptimizeRx. She will continue to focus on improving healthcare through her roles as an advisor to OptimizeRx, a board member for Medsphere Systems Corporation, a senior advisor for Sixth Street, and as an investor. Mary Rotunno, General Counsel, El Camino Health, has recently joined the board of SaNOtize. Mary will serve as the Chair of the Compensation Committee.
