Jhaymee Tynan recently joined Egon Zehnder as Executive Talent Advisor and Consultant. Jhaymee is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s global Health Services, Public and Social Sector, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices. She will serve as a trusted advisor to clients across the health, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors, helping them master complex leadership challenges while tapping the potential of diversity and inclusion.

Jhaymee will also be writing her first business book titled Potential: A Bold Vision to Advance Women of Color in the Workplace. This book will chronicle her career sponsorship initiative, 100×2030, which aims to increase representation and sponsorship for women of color across the globe. The book aims to spotlight the unique challenges and successes in obtaining sponsorship for women of color through inspirational stories of sponsorship. Her book will be published by Rowman and Littlefield Publishers later this year.
