MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

Through membership, we aim to build a diverse community of senior executive women in healthcare who represent the full industry landscape. The membership criteria outlined below help us ensure that our offerings provide long-lasting value to all of our members, and that there is a mutual fit between our organization, our current members, and those who join. 

We are proud of our tight-knit community and all we accomplish together, and appreciate everyone who expresses membership interest. The criteria below allows us to evaluate all applicants fairly, and we consider a range of factors such as current professional status, professional history, career goals, and industry sector. We make occasional exceptions on a case-by-case basis based on an applicant’s full breadth of experience, and review each application thoroughly.

We strongly encourage those who meet the below criteria to apply for membership or to nominate a colleague who is a good fit.

 All applicants must have at least a combined 10 years of healthcare industry experience and senior-level leadership.

Corporate Applicants

Includes Payers, Health Systems, Providers, Manufacturers, Life Sciences, and Service Providers. Applicants currently in transition must have met the criteria below from one category within the last three years.

Larger Companies (500+ employees)
  • Titles accepted: VP+
  • Must have P&L oversight
  • Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for other titles. Must sit no more than four levels from C-Suite.
Small Companies (49-99 employees)
  • Titles accepted: VP+
  • Must have P&L oversight
  • Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for other titles. Must sit no more than two levels from C-Suite.
Medium Companies (100-499 employees)
  • Titles accepted: VP+
  • Must have P&L oversight
  • Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for other titles. Must sit no more than three levels from C-Suite.
Extra Small Companies (<49 employees)
  • Titles accepted: C-Suite, Founder, Co-Founder, Principal, Partner
  • Must have P&L oversight
  • Your prior experience in the last three years should equal criteria from another category

Advisory, Consultancy, and Investor Applicants

  • Titles accepted: C-Suite, Founder, Managing Director, Principal, Partner
  • Consultancy or advisory must be primarily or solely focused on healthcare (i.e. providing advice to healthcare organizations)
  • Prior experience in the last three years should equal criteria from another category.
