Eleanor Rosiak is the CEO of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation based in Washington, D.C. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization and the organization’s governance activities. Additionally, she focuses on WBL’s corporate governance-related initiatives, such as working with board search firms and other individuals to seek out corporate board opportunities for WBL’s members. She authored a chapter of Answering the Call, WBL’s publication about the duties, risks, and rewards of corporate governance. Eleanor joined WBL’s staff in 2004 as a Research Assistant. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia where she graduated with Honors with a minor in Politics. She enjoys Mexican food, riding bikes that go nowhere, and spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
Lauren McKendrie, MTA, CMP is WBL’s Vice President of Events, responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing the organization’s successful events. Lauren joined WBL in 2010. She is originally from North Carolina, where she received her B.A. in Romance Languages at UNC-Chapel Hill. In 2011, she received her Master’s of Tourism Administration degree from The George Washington University. When not at work, she spends time with her husband and three children.
Leslie Hutchings is the Director of Membership at WBL and oversees the expansion and development of member benefits and programs. She has 15+ years of experience in membership, with a focus on women’s advancement and DE&I. She has a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a Master’s in Strategic Communications from Columbia University. Outside of work, she is a yoga teacher and avid world traveler, and currently lives in New York City.
Adrienne Martin is the Director of Growth and Experience at WBL. She is responsible for growing, providing value to, and supporting WBL’s corporate members. As part of this role, she leads and coordinates the WBL Fellows Program and works to develop and implement strategies to increase WBL’s presence in key target groups of members. Adrienne returned to WBL in 2022 after starting her career with WBL as a program assistant post graduation from the George Washington University. She has spent the majority of her career working in the healthcare industry and for organizations that support women. Adrienne lives in Austin, TX with her husband and three young children and enjoys being active and traveling with her family.
Kelsey Grabenstein is the Director of Corporate Partnerships at WBL. Kelsey has spent the last 12+ years working in healthcare sales and marketing growing revenue and sales teams for healthcare startups. Kelsey graduated from Wheaton College in Massachusetts with a B.A. in Sociology. Kelsey resides in Nebraska, and outside of work enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, dogs, and horses.
Maddie Withrow is the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications at WBL, responsible for WBL’s marketing campaigns, member communications, promotional materials, and social media. Maddie graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Media Studies and joined the WBL team in 2019. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Maddie enjoys spending time with her dog and caring for her many houseplants outside of work.
Catherine Cassidy is the Program and Events Manager at WBL. In this role, Catherine oversees WBL’s virtual and in-person events and programming. Catherine joined WBL in July of 2023. Originally from Austin, Texas (now residing in Chicago), she holds a BA in Organizational Communications and Hospitality Management from the University of Missouri. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her husband and dog, Lily.
Laura Williams is the Membership and Event Coordinator at WBL, responsible for membership support as well as event management assistance. Laura graduated from Providence College with a B.S. in Management and joined the WBL team in 2022. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, she enjoys traveling, visiting museums, and spending time with friends and family.
Kelsie Summers is the Membership and Sponsorship Assistant at WBL, supporting projects and processes on these teams. For the past decade, Kelsie has served in multiple capacities in the nonprofit field, including board member and executive director. She graduated from Appalachian State University and calls Boone, NC home with her husband and two boys. When not at work, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Ines Bustos is Events Assistant at WBL, where she supports the organization and its events team. She holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, and spent the first part of her career in the hospitality industry. Ines currently resides just outside New York City with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
